“The Wizard of Oz”

The Rack

On this project we had a little bit of a head start. The architect had already designed a reasonably good room, but had failed to design the rack locations and the speaker locations.
We addressed the question of where to put the subwoofers by creating a wall to put them behind. After that was solved, we installed the main theater rack in the back of the room facing in, so the user could have hands-on use.
The sconces provided by Two Hill Studios set the mood for the room along with the yellow theater seating.
After that, we went to town with the theme, installing movie poster cases with “Wizard of Oz” posters and designing the touch-panel around the theme of the room.
