Abel Rodriguez has worked for Dyer for the last 5 years. He comes to us from a background in construction doing everything from hanging drop tile to painting. He has worked his way up the ranks starting out as a wire-puller and installer then progressing to a programmer.
    His years of experience in construction have helped him to develop quickly within Dyer. As a programmer Abel is often times the last person you meet and the last person to leave the job. For this reason it is very important that he knows as much about the overall job as he can and has really good people skills.
    Abel excels at this, often times correcting minor problems before even the project managers are aware of it and letting the client know how things work and where we are on the job, all the way till we finish.
    In his spare time Abel enjoys playing with his son, Andrew, and fly-fishing when he gets the chance. His other hobbies include working on his vintage pickup and adding audio video gear to his home.
