Robert Nowak comes to Dyer via California, where he grew up installing C-Band satellite systems with his father, who ran a small custom installation business before it was called custom installation. Robert came to Dyer after working for Discovery Audio/Video for four years as their only custom home installer.
    He has worked in and around the Austin and San Marcos area for years. Robert also has a love for music and is a drummer in a local band.
    Robert has worked for Dyer for 5 years serving as everything from a wire-puller to a hook-up technician. He worked his way up through the ranks at Dyer to Finish Out and Field Manager, due to his good people skills and complete understanding of home electronics. Robert serves in this capacity helping out the project managers in all aspects of the installation and keeping the clients up to date on the day to day activities of the final stages of installation.
    Robert’s hobbies include playing drums, writing music, and travel.
