Your Initial Contact

    Whether your first contact with us is by phone, here on the website, or dropping by our retail location, we're here to help you with whatever your need is. If it's something we can't help with, we often refer callers to someone else who can. Our first concern is with assessing your needs and placing you with the employee who has the most experience in that area.
    Our retail area can help you with:

  • Simple Audio / Video needs - like a single piece of equipment to complete your system, or helping you decide what piece is next in your system
  • Advanced Audio / Video needs - like helping you to choose a stereo system for your home or car/boat/RV/or other vehicle, or integrating a system to an existing piece you may own.
  • Custom Retrofit Design / Installation - such as building a full Home Theater system for your home or vehicle, and all the aspects that go along with a full system.
  • System Integration, Accessories, etc. - suppose you've already got a Home or Mobile system, and you're ready to add functionality, control, or take your system to the next level. We can help you decide on a peripheral product or an upgrade that will take your system to that next level.

We're glad to look at your vehicle, ask you for a description of your existing equipment, a description and measurements of the room you're working with, or even come to your home to assess the ways in which we can help. That's a common procedure for us, it's often the only way to help make informed accurate recommendations for your needs. And best of all, it's a standard part of our process, not an inconvenience.
    We'll also discuss your objectives, your tastes, and your budget and give you a number of options to choose from. We can help you complete the ultimate system or build a beginning system that is upgradeable as your needs or budget allow.

    When we've assessed your needs and your budget, we'll show you all we have to offer in your situation. We can also customize your choices to fit any physical limitations of the space, the usage of the space, even your décor.

We can fit your Home Theater into the room you've chosen, we can make it disappear when you're not using it, we can even make it look like it's part of the design of the room. We can make your Mobile Audio/Video system fit perfectly in your vehicle, fit safely, and make it look like a factory installation, even with large add-on equipment.     If your home is pre-wired, we can integrate your new system into that wiring scheme, or we can retrofit a wiring scheme to fit your needs. Service After The Sale

    We're here for you after your purchase, too. It's just another part of our dedication to outstanding customer service. If you need assistance connecting your new gear, or if a problem or glitch appears with a system we designed and installed, we're here for you - in a hurry.
    Dyer Electronics also has a 30 day replacement policy, and for problems outside of the 30 day period, we provide a piece of loaner equipment wherever possible. We also facilitate any warranty requests and repairs, and we get involved in expediting the process of warranty and repair issues.
