If we're installing your competition system or anything in between, we never cut corners and we know how to make your system last and endure driving and usage condidtions.
Wherever possible, we plan into installations the ability to remove the system with as little intrusion into factory components of your vehicle. So if you decide to upgrade your system, or upgrade your vehicle and use your existing system, we make that as easy as possible by maintaining the integrity of your vehicle's body, interior, trim, and upholstry components.
It's a little more involved to install
a simple system than you might think... at least if it's done correctly.
At Dyer's Custom Install
Shop, we use top quality wiring and installation parts and techniques,
even though it takes more time and cuts into the bottom line a little.
Here you see a great
example of our work, where we've removed the seat from the vehicle to
run the speaker wire correctly. Why? Because over time, incorrectly
installed wire will be worn from entry and exit traffic, chassis movement,
and other wear. Using tricks like this save you from having to bring
your vehicle back into the shop after a period of time because your
system has quit working correctly, costing you inconvenience and time
without your vehicle. Also, wiring that isn't laid correctly will be
visible through your vehicle's carpet, and will increase it's wear if
it isn't hidden in the vehicle's body channels.
It may not be pretty, but our custom fabrication shop is where a lot of the "Dyer Magic" happens -- it's where our award-winning designs take shape, and your factory-appearing installation is born. Our speaker enclosure and custom fiberglass work sets us apart from the pack. We can build custom interior/trim components for your vehicle here, or design a custom enclosure that fits your vehicle and matches the speaker manufacturer's specifications -- not an option for most enclosures or even our competition's installation staff.
