Dyer consists of a group of individuals that have been in the Audio / Video and Automation industries for several years. The combined experience and education of those individuals far exceeds any other firm in Austin.
    We have been able to form a family of qualified people at Dyer Electronics. Instead of going outside to get talent, within Dyer we believe firmly in cultivating the talent of our current employees.
    As such, many of our key people have held several different jobs within the company, working their way up through the years.
    We have quite a few “lifers” as we call them - individuals for whom this is not only their job, but their hobby and passion.
